During the 6-week module in the first year of the object design study at HSLU, we as a class designed a mobile kitchen in which we cooked for various guests on the streets of Lucerne. Every morning we picked up the food that was no longer allowed to be sold. The themes of this project were food-waste, hospitality, mobile kitchen design, food event and agility. Among other things I was responsible for the construction of the mobile furniture, like the folding benches.
